7 Days, 6 nights - Itinerary

A popular program to the highlights parks of northern circuit. Also a great chance to see the remote, little visited area of lake Natron and to have a glimpse of active Ol -Doinyo Lengai and its surrounding Masai land.

Day 1:
Depart Arusha at 9:00 am (from your hotel) for the lake Manyara National Park. Have lunch at the picnic site in the park. Spend an afternoon game drive looking for the famous tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at the Lake Manyara Hotel.

Day 2-3:
After breakfast, depart for Lake Natron via Engaruka ruins, picnic lunch on the way, arrive Kamakia.  A visit to Ngaresoro waterfalls and Lake Natron. Dinner and overnight at the Kamakia Campsite.

Day 4:
After breakfast, proceed to the Serengeti National Park crossing Great rift valley via Lobo gate. Spend the afternoon game viewing. Dinner and overnight at the Lobo Wildlife Lodge.

Day 5:
Sunrise game drive followed by bush breakfast, then a full day of game viewing in the Serengeti National Park with hot lunch. Overnight at the Seronera wildlife Lodge.

Day 6:
After breakfast, depart from Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater with game viewing en-route. Dinner and overnight at the Ngorongoro wildlife Lodge.

Day 7:
After breakfast, descend onto the crater floor for full day tour of game viewing. The magnificent black-manned lion, elephant, and rhino all live there. A picnic lunch in the crater. Later in the day return to your hotel in Arusha with lunch provided.
